Nicole

Nicole joined our team at Sabadilla Animal Clinic in June 2014. She comes to us with over 20 years of experience as an registered veterinary technician. After graduating from the University of Saskatchewan and completing her AHT certification from SIAST in 1996, she started working with wildlife at the Calgary Wildlife Rehabilitation Society. Nicole transitioned to treating small animals, working with cats and dogs as well as some exotics. She is a current member of the ABVMA and enjoys all aspects of veterinary medicine, particularly client education. At home, she spends time with her feline fur baby, Birdie.

Danae
Receptionist
Danae (she/her) is an honors graduate from her VOA/TA program and has been contributing to the industry since 2016. Danae carries experience in emergency, exotic and small animal practice. Growing up she has been the owner to many animals, including dogs, cats, rodents, reptiles and birds. She is dedicated to patient health and client education. Her compassionate nature compliments her professionalism and her personal approach with animals and with clients.
Danae is passionate about high standards of animal care, meanwhile providing effective and educational communication between animal owners, their pets and those who work to care for them. She is enthusiastic about working in the animal care field and endlessly passionate about animal welfare.
Danae and her family share 3 dogs – Odi (Boston terrier x Chihuahua), Birdie (Dalmatian), Artie (Australian Shepherd x German Shepherd) and 2 cats - Neco (DLH) and Malo (DMH). When not at the clinic Danae enjoys being with her family, creating, thrifting, reading and listening to music & podcasts.
